JOBS BILL PROVIDES BIG INCENTIVES
If the Hiring Incentive to Restore Employment Act is passed in the U.S. Senate, it will provide significant incentives for employers, including exemptions from Social Security payroll taxes for workers hired in 2010 who have been unemployed for at least 60 days, and the ability to deduct up to $250,000 of capital expenditures in the year they're purchased.
