Payroll Part I (3 hours - $525)

This course demonstrates the fundamental and most commonly used options of Master File, Employee, and Reports. In the Master File section you will learn how to create a new hire, enter changes such as tax, rate, and deductions. In the Employee section you will learn options for creating tax simulations, importing mass employee changes and accessing employee history. In the Reports section you will learn how to navigate the Reports tool and access generated reports to print or download as well as how to create standard system reports.

Payroll Part II (3 hours - $525)

This course demonstrates the fundamental and most commonly used options of InstaChecks, and Payroll Processing. During the InstaChecks section you will learn how to create on-demand mid-cycle payroll checks. During the Payroll Processing section you will learn about all the necessary tools available to create your payroll including Standard Journals, Import, Void Checks, and Manual Checks as well as the Payroll cycle tools of Journalizing, Calculating, creating Checks, and Finish payroll. Each step of the Payroll cycle will include a discussion of audit reports associated with the step.

Report Training (2 hours - $350)

This course is ideal for new clients and those new to using the report writer. During this course you will receive the foundation for custom report writing and you will learn how to write simple master file and wage reports using an easy and efficient report writing tool called the Report Wizard.

Report Training - Advanced (3 hours - $525)

This course builds on the foundation laid in Part I of Report Training. This course will give you tools to trouble shoot common report writing issues as well as demonstrate several reports that show more intermediate and advanced features and tools available in custom report writing.

Quarter End (1 hour - $175)

This course will demonstrates the Quarter End wizard and discus in detail the various auditing steps and common issues that arise at quarter end.
