HRIS Administrator Training
This course is for
the individual setting
up Ascentis HR. In the
Ascentis HR Setup Manager
you will learn how to
setup users and roles,
company structure,
benefits, leave,
customization, and user
definable areas. Learn
to import and export
files using the QuickStart utility
feature.

HR Generalist Training
For those that will
use Ascentis HR on a daily
basis, this class will
teach you how to manage
benefits, compensation,
leave, the Employee
Correspondence Wizard,
reports, COBRA, the help
menu, utilities,
navigation, notes and
attachments, and OSHA.

This course covers
content for both those
that setup Employee
Self-Service and those
that use it. In Setup
Manager you will learn
how to configure tabs,
security and approval
tabs, and open
enrollment. In Employee
Manager you will learn
to manage reports and
administration.
